Can you help with flats or apartments with no lift?
Yes — our drivers cover properties with stair-only access. If you're on an upper floor, booking a two-man or three-man team is necessary for safe, efficient handling.
Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture on moving day?
Yes. We're happy to assist with both dismantling and reassembly — most standard items like beds, tables, and wardrobes. Just let us know in advance through the booking form.
Do your movers provide protective blankets and straps?
Yes — every van comes equipped with blankets, straps, and securing gear to keep your belongings safe in transit, at no extra cost.
Do you offer long-distance house removals between cities?
Yes. Our two-man and three-man teams cover both local and long-distance moves anywhere across the UK.
What if my move takes longer than the time I've booked?
A Half Day booking covers up to 4 hours and a Full Day up to 8 hours. If your move runs over, additional hours are charged at the standard overtime rate — £90/hr for a two-man team or £120/hr for a three-man team.
How should I prepare for moving day?
Pack and label boxes clearly, disassemble any large furniture you're able to (unless we're doing it for you), keep pathways clear, and reserve parking outside your property the evening before. Good preparation helps your team load quickly and use your booked time efficiently.
